Our company implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, so we send a message to all our potential clients that the goal of our business is to identify the needs and expectations of customers (customers, suppliers, employees) and their satisfaction through the effective and efficient application of the Quality Management System (QMS), whereby the organization demonstrates the ability to continuously ensure that the product or service it provides meets in addition to the requirements, needs and expectations of the users and the requirements of the corresponding legal regulations and regulations.
Also, the company achieves customer satisfaction with the quality of services and products.
Re-issuing of the standards we implemented has led to increased compatibility between ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System. Consequently, the integration of these two standards into the Integrated Management System (IMS) is facilitated.
